It’s times like these I get vaguely depressed and wonder if I even belong in academia.

thatbonegirl Cranked out a revised essay that is just WAY BETTER than the one I had spent 3 hours working on. I still have edits and revisions so that it makes sense in the context of the outline I sent to my teacher, but still.

Brb, weeping over my incompetence, cringing in the shadows of intellectuals far more superior.

I heard somewhere that depression can cause a lack of brain activity. That people without depression seem to have an easier time making connections that people with it just can’t seem to see. Here’s to hoping that’s the case and that I don’t just…suck.
